Request to Delete
App & Account Data.

Submit a request to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our applications.

Our mobile and web applications require users to create an account in order to use their features. If you no longer wish to use an application and want your account along with all associated data permanently removed, you can request deletion using the form below.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, authentication credentials)
  • All tasks, lists, projects, notes, and user content created in the app
  • App preferences, configurations, and settings tied to your account
  • Device tokens and push notification subscriptions

What we may retain

Limited records may be kept where required by applicable law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate business records (such as completed payment or transaction logs). Such records are anonymised where possible.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

This must match the email address used to register in the app.

We will use this address to send updates regarding your deletion request.
