Request permanent removal of your Fish Ledger account and data, or delete saved records while keeping your account.
Fish Ledger (Fish Weight Ledger / Fish Counting and Weight Ledger, com.fish.ledger) is provided by Rafiqul Islam Rabbi under Elvantro Technologies. You do not need an active session or to reinstall the app to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Choose your desired deletion scope below.
- Enter the Google account email you use for Fish Ledger.
- Prepare the email draft, then send it from your email application. Preparing a draft does not automatically send your request.
You can also email [email protected] directly with the subject “Fish Ledger deletion request”, your account email, and your preferred deletion scope. We verify account ownership before deletion. Never send passwords, tokens, or sign-in codes.
What gets deleted
- Account and associated data: Permanently removes your Fish Ledger Firebase sign-in account and associated cloud ledger sessions, including titles, fish counts, weights, units, notes, timestamps, and previously hidden records.
- Ledger data only — keep my account: Permanently removes the requested cloud ledger sessions, including previously hidden records, while keeping your sign-in account active.
Timing and retained information
Our target is 7 business days after ownership verification. We confirm completion by email. Deletion-request correspondence is deleted within 30 days after completion, unless a specific legal obligation requires retention. If exceptional legal or security requirements prevent deletion of particular records, we explain the records, reason, and applicable retention period in our response.
Deleting cloud records does not automatically remove local data from other devices or copies you exported. Clear Fish Ledger app storage on each device and remove exported files. Offline copies may re-upload if you synchronize them later. AdMob and other external providers may maintain independent operational and security logs under their own policies. Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Clearing history in the app with 'Clear All Saved Data' currently hides synchronized records using cloud deletion markers; it is not a permanent server purge. For permanent server removal, submit a deletion request here.
